can i freeze broccoli

Yes, you can absolutely freeze broccoli. All you need to do is wash the heads, bread them up and then soak them in a salt water solution. Once they are done soaking get a large pot and fill it 2/3 of the way full with water. Please see the link included: http://pickyourown.org/freezing_broccoli.htm.
