I've tried so many different spells but i have not changed yet my mother when she was a teenager she always swam in the ocean and one time she saw a MERMAID no JOKE my mom told me that she had long beautiful hair i still believe that i can change into a mermaid

It is not possible for a person to turn into a mermaid when they touch water. This is myth that is used in folklore and fairytales.
