Is it hipster to listen to both rock and hiphop regularly

No its not. You just have a wider taste when it comes to music than most people especially because those are two strong elements, musically speaking. It' s great if you can handle it so carry on.

Some people do both, but a true rock head will only do rock music.

Depends on age. For the teen/early adult it's usually a melodic hardcore/Hip hop mix. As age progresses it drops to Indie/Hip hop.
