It really depends what you're trying to accomplish. Checking your profile reveals a similar question so I guess you're talking about transvetitism, transsexualism, or just possibly metrosexuality.
It ain't easy.
The biggest problem you're going to face is that no matter what you do to your face and hair, you've spent all your life learning to be a man. We're different. We react in different ways, show different emotions, carry our bodies differently. Maybe there's somebody on Ask who can tell you how to go about it but I know a couple of guys who have done what you seem to be contemplating and it's been hard for them to overcome their conditioning.
