What sinus medicine can you take with high blood pressure?

Report as

There is currently no sinus medication that you can take if you have high blood pressure. The active ingredient in Sudafed is pseudoephedrine, which can increase blood pressure. Most health practitioners will advise you to use a saline wash or prescription nasal steroid instead of other kinds of medication.

You really shouldn't trust random strangers with important medical questions. Ask your doctor.
