How do you get rid of charges made on an iTunes account that you never purchased anything but the money went on to your credit card?

You need to call your credit card company and tell them that there were charges made to your card that you did not make. Tell them you want the charges removed from your card. I also would say you should for sure want the credit card company to issue a new card.

The only thing is this happened before and I had to issue another card and now they won't let me do much of anything with my card including canceling purchases.

It sounds like you need to be monitoring your credit card more closely. Also, if you keep enough iTunes giftcard money in the iTunes account, charges won't go in your credit card for your iTunes purchases.
