I have an one month baby when i try to breast feed him he acts like he is playing with it instead of getting any what should i do

In your case, you will need to help the baby suck by pumping one breast while breastfeeding your baby on the other. While doing this, increase the skin contact to get him or her feeding more. Ensure that the next time you visit the clinic, inform your doctor about it.

You might have to wait till he is hungry enough. You are the only one who would know. Don't get discouraged and quit, cause it will get better.

Put the breast milk on a bottle.
