A spray tan is not "getting a tan", it's getting chemicals all over your body and it looks terrible. There's this thing called "the sun", you may have noticed it in the sky during the day time, well you lay out on the deck in a bikini and get some of the ultraviolet rays that cook your skin and ... on second thought ... stay pale!
Well I personally think just tanning outside naturally is the best way to go mostly because you can't turn orange.......if you burn very easily I suggest using the tanning spay stuff but be careful with those since they can very well end up looking horrific.....don't use the tanning beds no matter what they have very harmful effects on your skin and internal organs and most states are making them illegal. Happy tanning ;)
Outside, in the sun! It's free and a whole lot healthier than fake tans. (They can cause cancer, yikes!!!) And real tans from the sun always look best! Just sit in your yard in like shorts and a tank top/t-shirt and sit right where the sun is shining down. My mom was sitting in our yard the other day right in the sun for just like an hour or two and she got tanner! Also, in the summer, go swimming a lot. The chlorine will lighten your hair and you'll be in the sun for hours and won't even know it! My goal is to go to my aunts and swim a lot this summer. I get 2 in 1-- a tan and dying my hair naturally! lol!!! Good luck, hope this helps!!! ;D ~Alicia
