Both of my USB ports stopped working (wired mouse and iPhone aren't responding). What do I do?
I have a Toshiba Windows 7 laptop, which has two USB ports, which both have stopped working or responding. They were both working an hour ago, and I made no changes to the computer. I have a wired mouse connected to one of the USB ports, and my iPhone connected with a USB cable. The mouse isn't responding and my iPhone isn't being detected or charged. What should I do?
