What foods should I eat I'm trying to bulk up and gain more muscle should I start drinking protein shakes before I work out too?
I hear from my sis actually protien shakes are bad for you
The shakes will slowly ruin your liver. Fish and chicken is the best natural alternative either 90 minutes before of after your workout they should be eaten
Have a protein shake or protein snack (chicken fish mussels etc) 3x a day especially straight after your workout. At the gym lift heavy weights not lots of reps.
Eat foods with high source of carbohydrates, carbs are an excellent source of energy, but if you don't work out while eating carbs, it turns into fat
