Everytime my brother gets out of the shower, he has a sneezing fit.. Why is that?

Report as

There could be something in the towel that he uses to dry off with. That triggers an allergic reaction to the type of soap power use to wash the towels.

In my opinion, your brother could be sneezing every time he has a shower because he might be allergic to the soap or the perfumed smells of the soap he uses. He can try and change to none perfumed soap to see if it will change the allergy.

It might be that he accidentally gets water in his nose, or breathes it in. I know sometimes when I swim, and I accidentally do that, I start to sneeze for a while.

My son always did this after a shower & swimming in a pool (but not river, lake, ocean) plus his eyes got red, so we concluded he was extra sensitive to the chlorine in the water.

The steam is getting in his sinuses and loosening up the mucus, the mucus tickles his vibrissae and cilia causing him to sneeze.

It could even be fabric softener that is added to the towels when they are dried.
