Call pest control, if it's swarming there may be a nest nearby...

Call a local beekeeper they will gladly come capture it for you. If it's the queen others many many others or soon to follow. By killing the queen it's possible to wipe out an entire hive.

Bee keepers will almost certainly not get it for you. They will come out and kill it and charge you big bucks to do so. If it is one bee then it's not a queen, it's a scout and it's looking for a place for the hive to move to, for flowers, or for sweet sticky sugarery things that children often leave laying around. Best bet is if it keeps hanging out spray it with bug spray and run.

No, do not kill them!! Bee's are in danger of becoming extinct and if that happen's many of our fruit, vegetable and flower's will disappear by not being pollinated. Call a bee expert to remove them to a safe area.
