How do you get a flat stomach fast?

Agreed with cardio. Crunches alone build muscle under fat- not what you want to do. Shed fat with cardio in addition to crunches- at least 3 tomes per week.
I am so with you on that question. For me, I like all kinds of foods, so I will find a tray of veggies with salad dressing just as satisfying.
Crunches, if you have an ipod/iphone get ab workout free
Do a lot of cardio. It helps me get rid of the flab

Do a crap load of crunches a day and take advil in between days or hours
