When you start bleeding 12-15days after your period, it's sometimes explained by the implantation of an egg on the uterine wall. However, it is really important that you visit a doctor or gynecologist so as to find out what is the problem.
I have the same problem. I went to the doctor and my endometrium was too thin which cause me to bleed. If it rips I would have to get surgery. My doctor put me on the pill to regulate my period more. So go to your doctor!
Depends on a lot...your age? Teenager / Older woman issues? # of pregnancies? Miscarriages/Surgeries /C-Section? Endemetriosis? I'm 44, not lasting that long but really bad! Scheduled for an ablation,(has NO birth control) but in most cases may never have another period :-) My motto, "Can't complain if you choose to do nothing about it!" MAKE AN APPT!
