You can get protein from a LOT of natural sources, most are more rich in protein than meat. Also, all the additives in meat make it harmful for you, hormones and antibiotics. The best bet is a all natural, ORGANIC vegan lifestyle. This is not for the lazy. It takes dedication, but the food is delicious, and the health benefits are OUTSTANDING.
Not necessarily. If you're losing weight because of it that means you have lost protein (which is bad). There are plenty of other ways to lose weight. Also, you wouldn't be a true vegetarian if that was the only reason. A true vegetarian doesn't eat meat because of the animals.

Vegetarianism is not deemed to necessarily be a healthy way of living. You have to be smart about it. You have to make sure to get ALL the proper nutrients required for a healthy lifestyle. For instance .. if you eat nothing but brocoli .. you are not getting all your requirements .. You need proteins, fat and carbohydrates to name a few. You also need to exercise and get proper recuperative rest. You can't have one without the others to consider it a healthy life style.
I am a vegetarian, it has helped me lose weight. But you have to be careful. And true vegetarians do not just not eat meat because of the animals, its because of how grossly unhealthy meat can be, and what disgusting additives there are. But, if you become a vegetarian, make sure you stay away from carbs, that will make you gain weight. Look for organic foods, that are not processed. Make sure you get proteins, fiber, and fruits and veggies. There are delicious healthy vegetarian recipes all over the place. Good luck!
Just exercise eating meat is more respectful to the animals that have already been killed for the reason of people eating them. Instead of letting it go to waste. What's it going to accomplish not eating the animals that have already been slaughtered and letting them go to waste. BTW everyone who talks about the additives clearly doesn't know what their talking about because vegetables have just as many. unless there getting it from certain special stores.
Yes you will because what people get from stores that they call "pure meat" is not pure. So many chemicals and processors in store bought meat to keep it "fresh" and taste good, but it is not healthy for you. Supplements are healthier and are pure!(:
