ATTN WEIGHT WATCHERS MEMBERS: I am beginning Weight Watchers when I wake up in the morn. Please please give me any tips and tricks you can!
I did weight watchers once before but I stopped.. why? idk, but I shouldn't have. however, I remember that there was certain snacks and such that were only 1 or 2 points, certain foods that were very filling and a tolerable amount of points, etc... and I also know that anyone whom has done this program eventually learns ways to boost their weight loss and confidence. PLEASE share any helpful info with me that you can THANK YOU!
