Trypophobia is an irrational fear of holes .. specifically clusters of holes such as are found in sea sponges, wasps nests etc. But it is associated with skin because people become fearful of possible bot-fly larva infection and any small "hole" in the skin can set off this fear.
It is not a skin disease, but as someone who suffers from this phobia I can tell you that it will make you itch and claw at your skin as if you have a condition when confronted with even so much as a picture of holes. Actually I am itching at the thought of it as I type this!
