Your base is tomatoes. Add cilantro, white onions, lemon juice, garlic salt, jalapenos. Jalapenos can be substituted with any pepper depending on how spicy you want it. Be careful when using habaneros or ghost peppers as most people can't handle the heat. Dice up the ingredients and mix them in a bowl. Play around with the amounts of each item. Different people have different tastes. I love mine on fire, so I use ghost peppers.
Chop your fresh vegetables at the same size, burn the vegetables over an open flame making sure they are good and burnt all the way round, remove from heat and let it cool. Put all ingredients in a blender add salt and blend until coarsely ground. Ingredients are; large regular tomatoes, Medium white onion, Serrano chilies, Garlic, cilantro, lime juice and Salt.
