I'd guess that the Crips and Bloods are there cuz they everywhere ...also there is prob mad Mexican Mob activity since Texas is basically Mexico ...also MS-13 is prob in Texas too...but you would have to contact your local law enforcements Gang unit to find out a real number !!!
