you might possibly have kidney problems. filtration of urine from blood might be faulty. Diabetes can also be suspected.

Two types of injury may cause bleeding . The skin covering your penis has a less elasticity and after intercourse it may be torn and cause bleeding. Secondly due to some internal injury to your bladder some bleeding may occur. Then prostet, renal calculi, or some type of infection, even VD also causes bleeding.
