How do you lose weight (go on a diet) if all you like is junk food?

Can you still go on a diet with still eating junk food?

You can loose weight by starting with a normal exercise program and sticking to it making sure that you avoid junk food completely. Also, it is important to eat healthy foods like foods that are high in fiber, olive oil, nuts and vegetable salads. Eat food that are low in calories and try to get used to eating less so that your body adjusts to this and you get to burn a lot of extra calories.
