To bake 1 lb of turkey meatloaf in oven at 350 degrees F, you will need approximately 1 hour or until top is nice and brown. In a bowl mix all ingredients and squish using your hands until blended before you press into a bread loaf pan. Use your fingers or a spoon, to shape a tunnel in the center and add shredded cheddar cheese and chopped sweet or dill pickles into the tunnel.
