What IC I can use for ALU(Arithmetic Logic Unit) unit in the base computer?(Suggest an IC)

I want an IC to do ALU's job,Arithmetic Logic Unit

You can use the IC-74181 chip which is one of the most complicated in the 74 series of digital ICS because the ALU is a 24 pin IC chip that has a complexity of 75 equivalent gates. It is still used to demonstrate the operation of a 4-bit Arithmetic Logic unit.

ok,but how can I use shifting operations in this IC? when I checked the 74181's datasheet I didn't see the "ShL" or "ShR" in it...,I think I must make use of other functions to make "shifting" operations, but how?
