Nothing really. You might have some questions or answers removed, as I have. If you try to stick to the community guidelines most of your stuff will remain.

I've only had one response removed, and of course I didn't see anything wrong with it. Just keep in mind, if your ugly and nasty people won't follow you or answer your questions.
