Ways to remove arm hair?

I'm only 13 and I just started shaving my legs, but I've noticed that my arms are also REALLY hairy. Each hair is about 1/2 an inch and it's pretty plentiful. Its not super dark, but it is pretty noticeable and I feel kind of self-concious. What are some easy, painless ways to remove it? I don't want to wax it because I have a low tolerance to pain and I don't want to shave it because I don't want the stubble. Also, how should I ask my mom? It's kind of awkward because I'm the only one in my family with hairy arms. Thanks!

All you need to do is to shave the hair on your arms. You have to use shaving cream and a razor, an all-in-one razor-soap combination or an electric shaver. The hair will not grow back thicker. If you have a small amount of hair to remove, try plucking it with tweezers. Visit http://www.ehow.com/how_5090112_remove-arm-hair.html for more ways of removing arm hair.

There's this stuff (it sounds painful but trust me, it isn't) that actually burns off your hair on your legs, under arms, ect. It really gets in there and you don't get any stubble for like a month. You can get it at Target, Wal-Mart, ect.
