Why different pen drive have different speed?

when i use scandisk pen drive its speed is different then moserbear pen drive. why it happened?

Speeds in pen drives are usually different form one pen drive manufacturer to another. Currently, the fastest USB 2.0 flash drives can reach read and write speeds of about 34 and 28MB/s, respectively. See www.everythingusb.com/flash-drives.html for more details.
