My ex just started seeing someone else.been apart almost 2yrs. I can't get over her. How to get over her and thoughts of her and new guy?

I can't get the thoughts of her kissing or having sex with him and it's driving me crazy. also we have a 2 year old daughter together so i can't just ignore her completely

Just accept that whatever the two of you may have had in the past is done and gone. She has obviously moved on with her life, you need to try to do the same. Don't get involved in another relationship just for the sake of having one, but if you meet a nice girl you have things in common with start dating.
