These symptoms describe "Sinus headaches" which cause a dull, deep, throbbing pain in the front of your head and face. They main cause of Sinus headache is the inflammation in your sinuses (air-filled cavities around your nose, eyes, and cheeks). A time cold and damp weather may bring up the pain. The best way to get rid or avoid a sinus headache is to treat the underlying sinus inflammation. The doctor may prescribe corticosteroids or antibiotics. its because you have a cold and your sinuses are blocked or inflamitied or however you spell it take some treatment to get rid of a cold and you will be fine in no time, i do synchronised swimming so im upside down all the time and when i have a cold all these symptons occur like pain around head, bridge of nose etc, and it stops me from getting on because its so painful especially in the deep water
