The bridge of my nose hurts (throbbing pain) when I lean forward or hang upside-down. It's been like this for a while now. Why?

These symptoms describe "Sinus headaches" which cause a dull, deep, throbbing pain in the front of your head and face. They main cause of Sinus headache is the inflammation in your sinuses (air-filled cavities around your nose, eyes, and cheeks). A time cold and damp weather may bring up the pain. The best way to get rid or avoid a sinus headache is to treat the underlying sinus inflammation. The doctor may prescribe corticosteroids or antibiotics. Well don't lean forward or hang upside down and the problem should cease to exist. However, if this problem persists, try blowing your nose.

Try keeping your head level and see how long you can go. Just don't fall asleep laying down either.

its because you have a cold and your sinuses are blocked or inflamitied or however you spell it take some treatment to get rid of a cold and you will be fine in no time, i do synchronised swimming so im upside down all the time and when i have a cold all these symptons occur like pain around head, bridge of nose etc, and it stops me from getting on because its so painful especially in the deep water
