What is the best fish oil capsules

The best fish oil capsules I've found are from Iceland Health. Various claims have been made for fish oil, but I'm not sure if they have been verified by scientific studies. I can only say from personal experience that fish oil capsules are the only thing that helps my excessively dry skin. They work when nothing else did. This is the Iceland Health Web site:

The brand I find to be excellent is Carlson. I use the ones that are orange flavored. Take them right before you start to eat your meal and you won't have that fish taste coming up on you.

They are all the same regardless of the brand - just look at the ingredients on the side and compare those, not brand names.

Fish oil tablets come two ways. Regular = which can cause burping, or Enteric, which have a coating that makes the pills dissolve further down the body so you don't burp ( or are less likely to )

Other than that, there are just the mg of oil per tablet and that is all.

It is not like the different companies have their own fish supplies so just compare ingredients

Fish oil is processed omega oils your body absorbs like 10percent of what you put in instead try. Sacha inchi. Oil look it up highest form of omegas and all natural way better for you
