Is it bad that on school days which is Mon-Fri I spend 7 hours without eating?

(I.e I go a day with no lunch or breakfast and once I'm out of school I load myself up with junk food) how can I keep myself from eating junk food all the time and keeping a healthy diet? how can I lose at least 40 pounds in 4 months?

Don't skip breakfast because it makes you eat a lot afterwards. If your don't have time to eat(like me when I'm late for school), pack a healthy snack with you.To loose weight eat healthier and do cardio exercises like running, biking, swimming, etc.Hope this helps.

I would suggest that you have packed lunch of a healthy snack. You can pack a can of black beans, tortillas, frozen vegetable burgers, whole wheat bread or milk and some fruits.

Maybe you could just pack things that are healthy for after school, like fresh veggie burrito

Yes it is /: I used to do the same exact thing. It puts your body into starvation mode where your body starts eating stored fat but then when you eat again you gain twice as much. So dont do it please!

Yes it is. This can cause binge eating and the fasting will cause your body to go into starving mode which drastically slows your metabolism. This can end up with much unwanted weight gain and obesity
