Define "Rock of Ages" Does it mean Jesus?

I am trying to do sign language for a song and the Phrase "rock of ages" does not compute.

Everything is about Jesus. He is the rock, foundation, our only hope to the Father. When you read the Holy Scripture it is all about him and He is all about us.
