Do all diet pills still require diet change and exercise? Or will some of them just make you lose weight?

If you could give me the names of some of the ones that DON'T require exercise that would be great! :) Also, these have to be ok for people under 18...k thanks!

Only if you want to lose weight. Diet pills don't make you lose weight. They just suppress your appetite a bit and make your hands shake, and after you stop taking them you will gain the weight back. .

Not all diet pills require diet change and exercise; however, they should only be used for short term purpose. For This reason, diet pills will not help you keep off the weight for long. This therefore will require you to change your eating habits and take little exercises if you want to keep of weight in the long term.

that is why people are obese, they just think they can take a miracle pill and lose the fat without exercise. That obviously doesn't happen, in order to lose weight you have to diet and exercise, taking a pill is just not going to knock the weight off.

It's been proven time after time that diet pills either, won't cause you to lose weight; or the ones that appear to, ate doing nothing but acting as a diuretic. There are some diet aids on the market that are basically speed, and these are an absolute threat to your health and potentially life. To sum things up, nothing works better than becoming educated on the foods you eat, regulate your calorie intake to that suggested for your age and height, and get out and walk. Yes, this may take a little longer than you want; but weight lost slowly will stay off rather than having the yo-yo affect that quick weight loss has. Good luck and get out and enjoy the Spring! : )
