Why does my iPad keep saying cannot connect to iTunes store and I have lost my Netflix

tried to download iTunes on my computer so I can drag books buy music etc now I cannot update apps or anything on my iPad what is wrong?

First, ensure that you have Wi-Fi or 3G connection on and try resetting your router by turning it off and then on again. Check to see that Restrictions are turned off and in Tap Settings store on your device, sign out and in again. Finally turn off your device and restart it again.
