Okay i had an 8 pack in high school,now i got nothing. i have to eat right.what should i eat?

You can start by removing sugar in your diet and eating 5 to 6 smaller meals per day. Minimize fast food and simple carbohydrates like white bread and pasta. Fried foods are a no-no and you have to take out soda in your diet as well. Calculate your BMI and determine your basal metabolic rate so you know how much calories you need to eat each day. It won't be easy but try to stick to it.

When trying to build muscle you should eat a lot of protein and vegetables. Stay away from the sweets and fatty foods. You will also need to do a lot of abdominal exercises.
