You can start by removing sugar in your diet and eating 5 to 6 smaller meals per day. Minimize fast food and simple carbohydrates like white bread and pasta. Fried foods are a no-no and you have to take out soda in your diet as well. Calculate your BMI and determine your basal metabolic rate so you know how much calories you need to eat each day. It won't be easy but try to stick to it.
