I highly doubt your overweight if your trying to loose 5 pounds maybe you should start by exercising running jumping swimming working out etc maybe you should start eating healthy salads yogurts fruit salad etc stay away from junk fast food places oily foods chips brownies ice cream etc maybe go for a 20 min jog every morning & within a week I'm sure you'll see a difference maybe more than a week depends
