I put $150 in my piggy bank this month. Every month I add half of what I added in the previous month, for the rest of my very long life.

Approximately how much will end up in my piggy bank?

With that formula you would only raise $297.00 because it would ould only last for eight months.

If you only put half of what you put in the previous month, eventually you will only be putting a penny at a time

PiggyyPREVar= 150
piggyANS (dont do anything with this, it's the answer) =piggy + piggy(.5)
Replace PiggyPREVar=150 with piggyANS after the equation

$300.16 if you take the decimals out to the 10 millionth place add them up, then round off the final number. And you can only do this 14 times including to original $150. So you can live as long as you want, but after 14 months it's just not feasible.
