You are just now starting out so you have to get a fundamental level of fitness and muscle before you can start bulking on protein. Without more mass and need of energy...you will just be taking in more calories and making expensive pee.
Pick up a few things.
You need to Pick up "heavy" weights and pick up your spoon.
When did you grow the most in your life? When you were a baby....all you did was eat, move around a little and rest. You are young so your body has plenty of Growth Hormone going through it right now. You need to eat more and lift heavy....once you start getting more muscle on then you need to start looking at powders to make up for what you couldn't possibly eat. No need for a lot of powders and supplements yet, not until you have put in some work.
