How does the popemobile get from one country to another?

It can either be shipped or air lifted to another country but there have to be special guards assigned to either one because of the pope's safety. There are different types of popemobiles and some are designed with a bulletproof glass to ensure that the pope is safe at all times while others are open air. I've already looked there. I'm wondering about the current popemobile (and it appears that there is only one per pope).
