That is a very good question! God just appeared out of no where. I know this sounds like complete bogus but it is true! Some times you just have to open your mind up a little more to believe the most important things. Honestly you just need to have faith and believe that what I am saying is true.
In the beginning, was the Word and the Word was with God. Look at energy... Energy was always in existence and it can never be destroyed, but can change form. The I am is so great there was a force energy called let there be light was the light that everything was created. The Great I Am
God is eternal and can never be destroyed....Satan. Although one of my main questions I will ask the Lord almighty himself when I am standing face to face with him is, "What did thou do before creation of life?". I will also request to see all the main events that occurred in the world when I was not there such as the Genesis of Adam and Eve, The great flood, and Jesus' crucifixion through the spreading of a cloud. Can't wait to meet the Creator!
The question is tricky because it sneaks in the false assumption that God came from somewhere and then asks where that might be. The answer is that the question does not even make sense. It is like asking, What does blue smell like? Blue is not in the category of things that have a smell, so the question itself is flawed. In the same way, God is not in the category of things that are created or caused. God is uncaused and uncreated. He simply exists. How do we know this? We know that from nothing, nothing comes. So, if there were ever a time when there was absolutely nothing in existence, then nothing would have ever come into existence. But things do exist. Therefore, since there could never have been absolutely nothing, something had to have always been in existence. That ever-existing thing is what we call God. God is the uncaused Being that caused everything else to come into existence. God is the uncreated Creator who created the universe and everything in it.gotquestions.org
Consider space/time to be like a bolt of cloth. It has a beginning, and it has an end. That means time has a beginning and an end. We know the rough dimensions of this beginning: 13.7 billion years ago, and the known universe is roughly 14 billion light years across. Now consider the weaver. The weaver is not part of the cloth, not made from nor bound by the cloth. The weaver is able to see all parts of the cloth, from the beginning to the end. And the weaver creates the cloth, so He knows which threads touch each other and how they are connected. However, he does not have any causal connection with the cloth: he created it, but it did not create Him. If he had a beginning (and current doctrine says he has no beginning), it's outside our ability to observe: physics cannot tell us what happened before the primordial soup congealed, and light/matter became separated.
"In many cultures it is customary to answer that God created the universe out of nothing. But this is mere temporizing. If we wish courageously to pursue the question, we must, of course ask next where God comes from? And if we decide this to be unanswerable, why not save a step and conclude that the universe has always existed?" - Carl Sagan
Abrahamic religions (Christianity, Judaism, and Islam) are unique in that they believe God is materially different than creation. There is the physical universe, and then outside of the limitations of space and time there is and always was and always will be God. If you are referring to any other religion, the god you mention likely was created by another god, who had another creator, and it'll just keep going back until we say we don't know.
Self created ! Creator of his own essence ! Let US make Man , as it READ 's in The bible , is your being made . It was never meant for you to ever Have knowledge of these truths! Like Jesus said to whats his face , Nico demo's ; you must be born again. It's an actual flesh and blood concept That only , the strong need to apply, For the journey , a six thousand Year Trip back to your being made , and Then on to sixty six trillion more years, To a time before the Moon . This attempt to sweep the history of The original Man , under some Magic Carpet of destruction by , the Devil And his little demon followers is the Final try . It's all in a Book !
Do you believe in God? Why? Why do you think people say that God exists? They made him up, so that people are afraid of a higher power. There is no evidence anywhere that GOD exists. Just like Santa Clause! Same concept.
I think one can never understand something that is more complex that itself, and thus trying to explain our creator if there is one is impossible, trying to understand the link between the physical and the spiritual world is beyond human capability, my opinion anyways0
I was taught that God was once man like us and was created by another God and so on and so forth forever. Which means if we live right we can one day potentially become Gods too and have our own spirit children and worlds and creations. Kinda cool huh? Shows you the potential we all have inside us. The hard part to understand is that it goes on forever in both directions, but like space just because that's hard to get doesn't make it less true.
A foolish but interesting question. One of the most asked questions in the world is, 'Where did God come from?' The answer, to us Christians, is that God has always been here. No one invented Him, or made him - this is very clear to those of us who have studied the nature of God. Your question should be, 'How did God create Himself?' He didn't create Himself, and He has always existed. Creation means to make something from nothing. To create something requires that the creator exist before the thing created. When a carpenter makes a table, for example, he exists before the table he makes. For God to create Himself, He would have to exist before Himself, which does not make any sense. God could not have been created by someone else, because then God's creator would be greater than God. And that does not make any sense because God is the Supreme (or highest) Being, and you cannot go any higher than the highest. When Moses asked God at the burning bush what His name was, He responded "I Am who I Am" which indicates that God is existence (or "being") itself.
Are you familiar with the Law of Cause and Effect? Well, this law states that there can be no effect without a cause. So what does this have to do with God? Simply put, God is a cause, not an effect. He was always there and is the cause for everything you see when you look outside, even when you look at yourself in the mirror or the guy sitting next to you. God is not an effect, therefore, He had no cause. It's really quite simple but at the same time its one of the hardest things to wrap your mind around.
