Romantic or Creepy?-Guy follows girl he doesn't know on bus, gets off at the same bus stop as her only to ask her out.

The guy saw the girl siting in the bus and decided to get on that bus even though it was going in the opposite direction of where he was originally going..He sat in front of her in the bus, but she didn't notice anything strange. Then he follows her when she gets off the bus to head to her next bus stop to catch another bus. He follows her to that bus stop and sits beside her on the bench outside, and presents himself to her, saying he would like to go for coffee sometime. He asks for her number. should she give? or no?

No way in you know where. This guy sounds like a stalker. This sounds like something in a romance novel. Real life no not with creeps out there today.

Sometimes you gotta give things a chance. Could be had to follow to build up enough courage to ask, which could be 'romantic'

People have often met this way and it doesn't always mean the guy is a creep or rapist. The thing is if she feels like she would like to get to know him she should only meet him in public places for a while, she can give him her wireless phone number but should not give out a landline or her address. Just do it in a way that is "safe" until she gets to know him better.

Its romantic in a creepy way. He was obviously shy about asking the girl out and in the end, if you really think about it, thats really cute.

hmm. This is kind of a triangle of emotion I have reading it. In a way, it is romantic. In a way with cities being so frightful these days, it is creepy. I'm going with my soft side. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. I don't think following her to the doorstep is a good idea at all. I do think asking her out for coffee is a nice, " I would like to get to know you" gesture. Take heed if you are uncomfortable. Go with your first instinct. But, if you find him attractive as well, and feel it's a safe environment, then yes. I say Romance! Be careful. But, don't blame before no harm.. just a little attraction is there. Good luck and use your best judgement! Take Care and have a safe night.

It's romantic as in " I've watched way too many chick flicks" kind of way.
