The state of az put a lien on my truck because of outstanding traffic tickets. also my licence is revoked. How do i insure the truck.

dmv is asking for proof of insurance

I don't understand the question. You insure your vehicle by purchasing an insurance policy. Your premium will probably be high with your problems. And, of course, the insurance co will want to know who is going to be driving it, since it won't be you.

you insure the truck with paid in your ticket because if you don't pay in your ticket you cannot enter again.
