Where can I get inexpensive treatment for a cognitive comprehension disability? Without using drugs?

You could look for organizations which give treatment for such disabilities for free. Most of these organizations are religion based or non-governmental meaning. You can also look for missionary hospitals which mostly charge a lesser fee than private ones.

You can always go herbal minor to no side affects and a lot cheaper.
