why do i still feel angry after a cheating dream even once ive come to and looked over and see him next to me and realized its a dream.

it sucks having those dreams...

You're frightened. You're afraid he won't be there, but even realizing it's "not real" you are afraid of yourself, and him and what may become. I think if you stop thinking you will be "lonely" and alone, you will find that everything is o.k... No, better than o.k. you will be as you will find, you both will be grand. Let yourself believe it will be grand.. and it is! You will find it to be a nice surprise. Sweet Dreams! Really, he is right there, and so are you! YeAAA!

The anger will go away in a few hours so I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's much the same case when you dream of falling in a bottomless pit and you wake up scared to death; it usually goes away on its own without you even realizing. I agree with you on one thing though, those dreams suck.

Do you suspect anything? Maybe that's why your subconsciously thinking about it.
