Perception is reality. If you look at it as a new start or just something positive in general. It can make you happy.

If there are people in your current environment making you unhappy, then it is good to move away. But if you are unhappy from inside yourself, the unhappiness will follow you where ever you go, until you deal with the issues that are making you unhappy.

It's mainly others. I can be content with myself, then others disrupt it.

Distancing yourself from them by avoiding them or moving away, might be your best options.
