Where is it legal to own a sloth without any sort of license?

There is no such place, because you will need to have a permit in order to own a sloth. This goes to all states and the reason being that, the sloth is not a domesticated animal. of all the places in the united states, where its legal and illegal to own exotic animals
I hope this helps, if anything at all it'll help you find a new state to live in, where its legal for exotic animals anyway :)
