How can i print out social security waiver s s sent me two checks i sent one back 4 times they sent it back to me can i cash it now or send

To print out Social Security waiver, you need to first of all contact your local Social Security office. They will give you a form, waiver SSA-632-BK, which you can file formally. Print your name and Social Security Number clearly and check the first box. You should write a statement that says you want all overpayments on your record to be waived, even the amounts you have already collected.
