I think that the most effective face wash is the Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash. It is quite cheap and affordable and gives the best outcome. It is soap-free, oil-free liquid and it lathers away dirt, makeup and oil.

I like cetaphil face wash! Im 13 and have a few pimples! (unfortunately) ! But it takes them away overnight! And if you just want a clean face it works great 2! It softens and cleans!
