I know this sounds kinda weird but make some jello while thats making take a ice cold bath then stay in there for like 10 minutes or how ever long it takes to the jello, then get out take the jello after its done cooking oh yea and put loation on the bottom of what your making the jello in then at the end mix it up and rubb it were ever it is burnt.
You need: 1) a moisturizer. If it's red it will peel. I like to put aloe gel in the refrigerator all summer. 2) an anti-inflammatory like motrin or aleve. Tylenol is not an anti-inflammatory. 3) Prevention - live and hopefully learn 4) ice packs if it still is really bothering you. Don't forget the moisturizer now. Spritz water on first than apply cream to hold the water in.
Use mens shaving cream. NOT WOMANS. I don't know why mens just works. Spread it on the burned area but so not rub it in. Let it sit on your skin till all the foam is gone. It takes out the steam. If that doesn't work use tomato juice it burns but works like magic. You can also use vinegar
