I have had two crusty spots on my scalp for 3 years. drs dont help.How can i get rid if them?

the spots itch then make a hard crust that i pick off and the cycle continues.

You should try a different shampoo that contains salicylic acid on daily basis. Getting plenty of water and vitamins from fruit and vegetable also helps your hair to strengthen and prevent you from getting more.

Sounds like "Psoriasis" see a dermatologist.

It's psoriasis... Try tar shampoos like nutrogena.... It helps or oil on the spots... See dermatologist for prescription ointments that work also... The best is sun and salt water if that's available to you..
