How do I tell a painting is a print or an original? Where is the original of "Water Lilies" by Claude Monet located?

My painting is signed "Claude Monet 1906" and the frame appears to be very old. The frame has a metal tag indicating "Water Lilies Claude Monet 1840-1906".

You can find the original paintings of "Water Lilies" by Claude Monet on display in France's national museums like Musee Marmottan Monet in Paris and US museums. US museums like the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York also have these paintings.
